August 22 2017. 830 pm. Burger with pickles lettuce onion and fries. Bun was very soggy. Place was a mess with all tables needing cleaning. Floors were sticky. Disgusting place.  | Symptômes: Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Had a venti white chocolate mocha at 11am on 11/19/16. Felt queasy shortly after and full. By dinner time, I had a fever and was throwing up. Temp was 101 at one point. Felt better the next day.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements

I ate lunch on 8/23/16 at 12pm at this restaurant with a coworker.
I ordered a steak burrito bowl with white rice, fajitas, sour cream, lettuce and mild salsa. I also had guacamole and chips.
