I ate a lemon about a hour ago and then my stomach started hurting a little i didn't think about it as much until I searched up why it could be happening. Boyfriend and I both ordered spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries at got food delivered at 9pm. At 12am I had bad diarrhea and he was nauseas and sweating a ton.
