Had the salad for lunch around 12-1p, experienced severe food poisoning by 11pm that evening. Next day on Panera website was a romaine lettuce recall (an ingredient in my salad). Haven't confirmed with a doctor yet but I've been vomiting and experiencing non stop diarrhea since Monday (it's now Thursday). I bought a rice bowl on April 16th and bought my wife chicken tacos. We both had lettuce in it and chicken as a common ingredient.
