- comments: observed approx. 40 live small flying insects on the walls, ceiling and boxes of stock in the food prep area. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed frozen meats stored in plastic grocery bags in the walk-in freezer. Management instructed to use only food grade storage bags or containers.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: clean the interior of the prep coolers, microwave, bulk food storage containers, interior and exterior of the deep fryers, and wok station.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: repair the drain line water leak at the front exposed hand washing sink. Repair the waste water backing up into the 1 compartment prep sink.

- comments: previous core violations from report #2568159 on 12/7/22 not corrected: 16 - observed interior of ice machine bin and interior guard with some dirt, not clean. Instructed the person in charge to detail clean and maintain. 53 - observed no covered trash receptacle in the employee toilet room, located in the rear. Instructed the person in charge to provide a covered trash receptacle for the employee toilet room and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
