- comments: observed 2 live roaches on prep area walls. Must remove all roach activity by date of reinspection. Advised to call pest control operator for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed accumulated food debris on interior of prep area coolers, prep area shelves, meat slicer, interior/around hot and cold water handles of main prep area handwash bowl. Must clean equipment and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: 3-compartment sink right side compartment pipe draining slowly. Instructed manager 3-compartment sink pipes must drain quickly.
