- comments: observed evidence of appx. 15 or more live small flies and 6-8 live large flies flying around premises and appx. 30 or more mice dropping on lower shelf at front service counter. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 7/15/21. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
