- comments: observed aproximately 35 large rodent droppings on premise in the following places along wall behind large freezers and slushy beverage dispensers scattered along wall, behind atm in rear, in front of grocery alongside ice machine, under coffee beverage station and in rear storage under rolling storage carts along wall. Instructed to remove droppings, clean and sanitze all said areas. Must maintain premise free of rodent activity. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed oven and equipment used to prepare pizza, chicken, etc. In need of cleaning. Instructed to remove all dries food debris on exterior surfaces and maintain to prevent food sources for pest.

- comments: observed damaged and missing ceiling tiles in grocery area above freezers and in rear storage space. Instructed to seal openings in additional liquor storage space. Must maintain smooth and easily cleanable surfaces.

- comments: observed products and miscellaneus stored on floor in rear dishwashing / storage area improperly. Instructed to store products on elevated shelving at least 6 inches to prevent hiding space for pest and maintain premise.

- comments: observed dried food debris under all cooling units, snack shelving unit containing doughnuts, pastries, under coffee prep, and inside walk in cooler under shelving units. Must maintain.
