- comments: management is unable to provide a procedure for cleaning up vomiting and diarrhea. Instructed to have one, including the chemicals and supplies needed. Priority foundation violation#7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: noted assorted food items inside refrigeration units not properly labeled. Instructed to properly label all food items if held longer than 24 hours with product names including bulk food containers.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: noted no pest control logbook on-site at the time of inspection. Instructed to have a pest control logbook at all times. Priority foundation #-38-020(c). Citation issued.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: noted torn rubber gasket inside the 2 door refrigeration unit at the kitchen prep area. Instructed to repair and maintain and/or replace.

- comments: noted unfinished wood used for shelving at the 3 compartment sink. Instructed to provide shelves with non porous wood that are easily cleanable and maintained.

- comments: noted no sanitizer test strip kit on-site at the time of inspection. Instructed to have a test strip kit on-site at all times to monitor the strength of the sanitizer properly. Priority foundation. Violation#7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: noted no hot running water throughout the establishment. Hot water temperatures were as follows:-handwash sinks 96. 6f, one compartment sink 92. 4f, 3 compartment sink 96. 6ff. Bathroom hand washes sinks 94. 1f. Instructed management to have hot running water of about 100f minimum for hand wash sinks and 110f for 3 compartment sinks. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued

- comments: noted leaking faucet at 3 compartment sink. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: noted water draining from the ice machine into a bucket. Instructed to direct the waste water from the ice machine into a floor drain.

- comments: noted heavy dirt and grease accumulation inside, on pipes/conduits and on edges of the exhaust hood and filters above cooking equipment. Instructed to detail clean and maintain hood, filters and pipes/conduits.

- comments: noted employees at work with no food handler certificates. Instructed management that all employees are required to have the food handler certificates on site at all times and one month (30 days) grace period for new hires.

- comments: noted certified food managers on duty with no allergen training certification. Instructed management that all food service managers are required to have the allergen training certification.
