- comments: observed no clean up supplies on the premises to respond to a vomit or diarrheal event. Management instructed to provide a clean up kit with all required supplies. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.

9. No bare hand contact with rte food or a pre-approved alternative procedure properly allowed
- comments: bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods was observed when a food handler was assembling sandwiches, touching bread, sliced tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce with bare hands. Instructed the manager not to allow food handlers to handle ready-to-eat foods with their bare hands. Priority violation 7-38-010.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: using disposable paper cups as a scoop for bulk food containers, instructed to use proper foods scoops.
