- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (chicken) must be on site at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)

- comments: observed handwashing sink blocked by prep table with various items stored inside the sink making it inaccessible. Instructed manager to ensure all hand washing sinks are accessible. Employees moved prep table and cleared out sink. Priroity foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed handwashing sink in kitchen with no soap. Instructed manager to ensure soap is provided at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) combined with previous violation.

- comments: observed cheese crepes stored at an inadequate temperature of 66 f. Instructed manager to ensure all cold tcs foods are stored at a temperature of 41 f and below. Manager discarded 5 pounds crepes ($60) priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed no consumer advisory reminder and disclaimer on menu for undercooked items. Instructed manager to provide.
