- comments: observed no clean up supplies on the premises to respond to vomit and diarrheal events. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation 7-38-005. No citation issued.

- comments: observed no exposed hand washing sink located in the front prep area of the store where meat is cut and served. Management instructed to install an exposed hand washing sink in this area. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 50 mouse droppings on the floor in the following areas: behind the chest freezers and under the storage shelf in the rear storage area, around the hot water heater, under the 3 compartment sink, behind the beverage and meat cooler and under the retail storage shelves. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from the affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
