- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings on floor in rear hot water tank area on floor in between clutter and behind hot water tank,rear storage area next to chest freezer,hot dog machine on floor near rear door,shelving unit on other side of rear door, in toilet room near toilet & in hot water tank closet, front meter closet. Also a dead decayed mouse on rear interior ledge of 1- door pop cooler in front prep area must remove droppings & dead mouse,clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/7/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
