- comments: pic doesn't have a valid food managers certificate posted to view. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(no citation issued)

- comments: observed no valid certified food managers certificate posted to view only a copy. Must provide certificate and post at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed rear hand washing sink not accessible. Observed slicer equipment inside of hand sink basin and a dollie in front of same while tcs ready to eat foods are being prepared such as (slicing of tomato). Manager removed equipment during inspection. Must keep hand sink free and accessible at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)

- comments: observed rear hand washing sink without hand drying device. Tcs ready to eat foods are being prepared (slicing tomato)manager provided paper towels during inspection. Must provide and maintain at all times. (consolidated violation)(priority foundation7-38-030(c)(no citation issued)
