Crab Legs Cause Chaos - Buffet, Las Vegas Nevada

Venue was very lively, and and food stations looked great. I got the Lamb, 3 kinds of Brisket, Lamb, Green Bean Medley, Chicken Wings and Legs, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and ... the Crab legs. So a few things for starters. The various styles of Brisket were actually pretty good tasting, admittedly some parts were more fatty than expected. Garlic Mashed Potatoes were super creamy, and delicious. Lamb was overcooked, dry, and disappointing. Chicken had a picture perfect look but was a bit bland on the flavor department. So... Crab Legs, and unfortunately I have little good to say about them, as this was the hair that broke the camels back for me. Now don't get me wrong the crab legs meat and shell had a deceptively good looking color and they even tasted good for buffet food with or w/o the butter dip. After eating a modest plate of 5 crab legs that's when my gut started to feel off, periodically move even in an uncomfortable way like I had just started a chemical reaction. So from Sunday night (April 24th, 2022) up until this morning (April 27th, 2022) I have become good friends with the ole porcelain throne. Between Nausea from moving, Diarrhea, and Vomiting only to be reunited with the smell of Crab, I'd have to mark this as the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had the displeasure to experience. I had to check in with the Grooms Men and Groom to see if they had similar reactions seeing as the 8 of us were gleefully feasting upon the crab, and come to find out we all had some form of indigestion, vomiting, and/or diarrhea. Needless to say I am taking extreme measures to not partake in any Buffet no matter how glamorous the venue and spread may look in the foreseen future. $90 out both ends...yuck. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Indigestion
