11/5/2017 1pm lunch - French dip roast beef sandwich with mushroom/onion/green pepper added, dipping au jus, potato chips, coffee. Symptoms were gas, severe stomach acid and simultaneous and subsequent severe abdominal cramps (none of the four symptom choices you provide at the beginning of this report) beginning within 30-45 minutes after eating and lasting well past midnight. I have no allergies or any other dietary problems. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps
