Banh Mi Food Poisoning - Bami Daw Park, Daw Park South Australia

I order 1 chicken spring rolls, 1 vegetable spring roll, one combo banh mi with roasted pork and grilled chicken and a sweet and sour chicken.

When I have the pork and grilled chicken roll I do feel the egg mayo butter they used is a bit "split" stage but I thought it maybe it's how it taste of their homemade mayo, also try a bit of their sweet and sour chicken it have a strong scents inside and tangy taste which I think could be the capsicum inside? after maybe 16hrs of consume the foods I start having serious diarrhea for entire night, I can't sleep properly and this last for 4 days. After seen a doctor and sent my stood sample to pathology, they have diagnoses a campylobacter bacteria in my poop that causes the poisoning.

I have suffered the entire 4days diarrhea and feeling vomit all the time for the first 3 days and don't feel comfortable eat any foods because everything goes inside will make me diarrhea within 10mins. Which I'm under great suffer physically and mentally. I also have to forced myself eating baby food (that is all I can possible feel to eat at that period, even rice porridge makes me feel sick), I'm lost and under pain | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
