My 1yo son was just diagnosed with having Samonella and Aeromonas bacterial infections hours after we arrived back in the US after visiting the barcelo bavaro resort. We only drank or used bottled water and did not consume any of their sushi or seafood in an abundance of caution. He specially only ate things like pasta, beans, rice, scrambled eggs, ice cream, French fries and watermelon/ mango. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
