- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings throughout the rear freezer storage room along baseboard walls, behind freezers, storage shelving, and boxed items. Instructed to remove all droppings, sanitize all areas, and recommend having the pest control co. Service for mice. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: all stored items throughout the server station must be elevated from the floors.

- comments: torn rubber door gasket on the tall glass door cooler in the kitchen. Must replace.
