I had 3 soft chicken taco supremes. Started with bloating, soon transitioning to vomiting, then vomiting and diarrhea. Started around midnight late Monday, early Tuesday. Couldn’t even hold any water down. Last vomited around 2 pm today, still have diarrhea as of 6 pm. Shakes and chills, no fever. Ate at both Taco Bell on Walton Blvd and Buffalo Wild Wings, also in Bentonville on Sunday. Had spicy Asian chicken wings, French fries and a side of both Ranch and Blue Cheese dressing. At at home only on Monday, steak and salad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Bloating, Chills, Shaking
