- comments: observed over 50 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners near electrical box, beverage shelving units, beverage coolers, and ice machine in front storage area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed no lids on outside garbage dumpster. Instructed manager to replace all missing lids and maintain. Dumpsters shall be covered with tight-fitting lids. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued
