- comments: observed ice block build up on prep area 2-door reach in cooler condenser. Instructed manager must melt ice block build up inside said cooler condenser.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: 3-compartment sink stoppers not working (x2). Must provide working stoppers for 3-compartment sink.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: the following previous core violation from report #2549292 dated on 02/02/22 not corrected-#39 must install a splashguard between the oven and the exposed hand washing sink in the front food prep area. Instructed manager said previous core violation must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
