- comments: 3-compartment sink stoppers not working (x2). Must provide working stoppers for 3-compartment sink.

- comments: the following previous core violation from report #2549292 dated on 02/02/22 not corrected-#39 must install a splashguard between the oven and the exposed hand washing sink in the front food prep area.
