- comments: noted over 30 rat droppings on the floor and along the wall base at the basement food/dry storage area. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize affected areas, and eliminate pest activity. Instructed to consult with pest control company and have premises treated. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a).

- comments: noted serving plates and bowls on shelves at the kitchen prep area not properly stored. Instructed to invert all serving plates to prevent dust accumulation.

- comments: instructed to clean and sanitize floors along wall base and underneath shelving especially wher ethe rat droppings were found. Must also seal all holes and openings on the ceiling to prevent entry places for pests.
