- comments: 3-306. 12: observed a bin of sugar used to replenish self service coffee station in aisle of facility. Instructed to relocate to protect product from possible contamination and maintain.

- comments: 4-904. 11: observed four sheet trays stored on the floor leaning against shelf in the storage area across from the dishwashing area. Instructed to refrain from storing cooking equipment on the floor.

- comments: 5-501. 16: observed one of the lids on the outdoor garbage receptacle slightly damaged. Instructed to replace or repair.

- comments: 6-501. 13: observed the floors in the dishwashing area and food prep area in need of cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.
