Approximately 20 rodent droppings underneath the reach in cooler at prep area. Approximately 30 rodent droppings underneath prep sink in prep area. Approximately 100 rodent droppings at dishwashing area. Approximately 50 rodent droppings in dry storage. Approximately 20 rodent droppings underneath reach in cooler in bar area. **Warning**

High Priority - Rodent bait not contained in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station. Observed rodent traps underneath hand washing sink by dishwashing machine, and underneath the table next to the oven. Two rodent baits underneath the dishwasher, two underneath the clean dishes racks. Employee removed the traps. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
