- comments: 4-904. 11 observed tableware(bowls and plates) in the food prep area not stored properly. Instructed to invert or cover said tableware to avoid dust accumulation and possible contamination and maintain.

- comments: 4-903. 11 (a; b;d) observed 3-4 clean dish bins stored on the floor, on top of a milk crate to air dry. Instructed to properly store clean dishes on smooth and easily cleanable surfaces for air drying.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: 4-501. 12 observed two cutting boards in the food prep area on two cold holding units with deep cuts and discoloration. Instructed to refinish or replace said cutting boards and maintain them so the food contact surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: 5-501. 116 observed the outdoor grease receptacle with bird feces and grease build-up on the receptacle. Instructed celan to maintain said receptacle and maintain.
