- comments: observed evidence of appx. 40 or more mice droppings on floor behind mop sink,on floor under shelving units in paper goods storage closet and a dead mouse on floor in mop sink closet behind pipe along wall. Must remove droppings and dead mouse,clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 5/14/21. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
