- comments: noted an opening at the bottom of the rear exit door. Instructed to rodent proof bottom of the said door.

- comments: observed over 20 rodent (mice) droppings along the walls and in all corners in rear beverage/syrup storage area and over 20 droppings around and behind hot water tank in rear storage area (by the exit door) and under and around grease tank. Instructed to remove, clean and sanitize the affected areas. Recommend to contact licensed pest control for service. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (a) citation issued

- comments: noted water line from beverage/syrup co2 in rear draining onto bucket. Instructed to properly drain into floor dran.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and maintain floors along the walls and in all corners in rear prep area especially under and around ice machine and floors behind beverage dispenser machine (drive thru area).
