- comments: found cheese held at 45. 0 f inside prep area stand up 2-door cold drinks cooler. Instructed manager tcs foods must be held at 41. 0 f or below if held cold. All out of temperature cheese was voluntarily discarded. Priority violation 7-38-005. Food discarded weight- 25 lbs, valued at $75. 00. However found said 2-door cold drinks cooler ambient air temperature at 36. 0f.

- comments: observed 1/4 inch gap at rear exit door sweep. Must rodent proof said door.
