38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of pest activity on site. Observed about 20 rodent droppings located under the handwashing sink, observed about 50 rodent droppings located behind the food prep area door and behind refrigeration/freezer units, observed about 30 rodent droppings scattered under the cooking equipment and 3 compartment sink, and about 20 rodent droppings in the utility closet by the washer/dryer. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 4-601. 11(c) observed accumulated grease debris under and around the wok station. Instructed to clean.

- comments: 6-501. 114 observed items (bins) stored directly on the floor under the 3 compartment sink, crates being used as storage shelves in the food prep area, and items on the floor in the storage room. Instructed to remove crates and not use crates as storage shelves in the food prep area, remove any unnecessary items, and elevate everything at least 6 inches from the ground and maintain.

- comments: 6-501. 12 observed accumulated dust and dirt debris along the walls and in all corners of the food prep area, classrooms, and in the storage closet. Instructed to clean and sanitize along the walls and in all corners of the entire facility.
