10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed exposed hand washing sink in 1st floor rear prep area, basement prep area and meat department rendered inaccessible by wiping clothes and container being placed inside it. Instructed to maintain all exposed hand washing sinks open and accessible for hand washing. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hot running water at employee bathroom handwashing sink. Temperature of water was 45. 5f at the time of inspection and also no hot running water at the rear prep/dish washing area. Temperature of water was 73. 4f. Also observed no running water at the handwashing sink in the meat department due to it turned off due to a leak. Instructed to have hot and cold running water at a minimum temperature of 100f at all hand wash sinks. Priority violation 7-38-030(c)
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed soiled wiping cloths stored on prep tables and handwashing sinks. Instructed manager to store in sanitizing solution between uses.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed cutting board on basement prep area covered with deep grooves and dark stains. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain smooth, cleanable surfaces.

- comments: observed residue on interior surfaces of ice machine in basement. Instructed manager to clean and maintain

- comments: observed no stoppers (x6) for 3-compartment sinks. Must provide stoppers for 3-compartment sinks.

- comments: observed three compartment sink to be leaking excessively and inoperable, causing waste water to drain onto rear food prep area floor. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain at all times. Priority #7-38-030(c). Citation issued
