- comments: observed evidence of pest activity at the food service line under the counter apprx 10-15 droppings. Inside the shelving of the counter approx 10 droppings and along the wall just behind and on the cart unit approx 40-50 droppings and observed a pack of chocolate powder eaten through (nawing of pest) in the dry rear dry storage area. Instructed to contact pest control service and have a service and clean and maintain areas before inspection return date of feb,7,2022 priority foundation violation. Citation issued 7-38-020 (a)
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed the floors inside the walk in cooling unit with a build up of dirt, debris and food spillage, a heavy accumulation of dust on the vents as well. Instructed to clean and maintain all as a means of preventing possible contamintaion of foods being held for service.

- comments: observed a heavy build up of dust, dirt and grease on the sides and under all cooking equipment and non cooking equipment. Instructed to clean and maintain all as a means of preventing pest and insect harboring.

- comments: observed outside receptacles overflowing with trash unable to close lids to help prevent pest activity and debris of items around the area as well. Instructed to clean and maintain as a means of preventing possible pest activity and harboring. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b) citation issued.

- comments: observed the floors and walls throughout the food service area with a build up of dirt and food splatter on the walls. Instructed to clean all areas around the cooking and non cooking equipment.
