- comments: observed opening in middle at base of front entrance double outer doors. Instructed to seal all outer openings to prevent pest entrance.

44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: observed equipment in deli prep area stored improperly. Instructed to store equipment and utensils inverted to prevent contamination.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no irreversible temperature indicator for measuring surface temperature of utensils and other dishes. Instructed manager to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 no citation issued.

50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed hot running water at improper minimum temperature. Water temperature ranging from 88f-97. 3f. Instructed management to provide and maintain hot running water at or above 110f at all 3 compartment sinks and at or above 100f at all hand washing sinks. Instructed hot water generation shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the retail food establishment. Corrected on site hot water throughout facility restored before conclusion of inspection. Priority violation 7-38-030(c), citation issued.

- comments: observed no backflow prevention device on coffee machine in beverage area. Instructed to install backflow prevention device on coffee machine so that it shall be easily located and serviced.
