3/11/24 Ate dinner around 930 PM; fried shrimp, baked potato, broccoli casserole, queso and croissants. About 5 hours later woke sweating profusely with diarrhea and vomiting. After a visit to ER starting bleeding from colon. On day 3 and still very sick. I think it may have been undercooked shrimp. I didn't eat anything else all day so I know it was this meal that made me sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
