- comments: observed no handwashing signage at handsink in main prep area. Instructed manager to provide and maintain. Manager posted signage at time of inspection.

33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed 25 boxes of raw meat sitting on floor in rear prep area next to 3 compartment sink. Reach in refrigerator was filled with 22 boxes. Several prep coolers(one 2 door and one 3 door) are out of order. Instructed manager to provide adequate refrigeration for all product. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no visible internal thermometers for monitoring ambient air in any cooling equipment. Instructed manager to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed front entrance and rear exit doors with 1/4' gap at bottom. Instructed manager to rodent proof to prevent entry of unwanted pests.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle for feminine hygiene products in staff toilet room. Instructed manager to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed hole in ceiling above cooling equipment in rear. Instructed manager to seal and repair to prevent entry of unwanted pests.
