On 9/20 for dinner, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a lettuce wrap instead of a bun (with lettuce, tomato, and a slice of cheese), and a customized side salad with eggs, blue cheese, and light Italian. Both were marked as custom orders. I hadn’t eaten anything else for the last 10-12 hours. Ate the sandwich with mustard and Mayo, and about 3/4 of the salad. Within 3 hours, I experienced chills, but I checked my temperature and didn’t have a fever so I went to bed. 6 hours later, I woke with severe heartburn and cramping, followed by an hour and a half of watery diarrhea, nausea, and then vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Heartburn

I will not eat at any restaurant on Interstate Drive. Got sick too many times. Got food poisoning at this Chick-fil-A! Health department in Cookeville, TN needs to check water line to all restaurants there!
