Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

I ordered a burrito bowl to go with brown rice, black beans, chicken, fajita veggies, medium salsa, sour cream, lettuce and a small fountain diet coke. About 5 hours later I had intense stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I'm still suffering through the symptoms almost a day later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
