Fajita Bowl Illness Strikes - Chipotle, Buckner Missouri

I ate here on 02/16/16 at around 6:00 pm. I had the fajita burrito bowl with black beans, brown rice, double chicken, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and salsa. About 38 hours later I felt sick to my stomach. My stomach felt incredibly full and a few hours later I through up a BUNCH! It was followed by numerous diareah events and much more throwing up. I then felt so dehydrated, however, anything I tried to put down in terms of liquid came back up or out. I felt weak and had a fever of 100.6.

Dont eat at Chipotle, it is not worth it! There are several places in the country to dine without crossing paths with Chipotle! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
