Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Had a half and half bowl with chicken and steak along with white rice and mild salsa with cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I also had a warmed tortilla with it. It was less then two hours after I ate I got really sick and have been sick for over 24hrs now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
