I ate a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, mild salsa, lettuce, guacamole and corn on 2/15 Thursday evening, within 4 hours after eating I suddenly began to feel nauseous and then started uncontrollably vomiting and diarrhea for over 12 hours, unable to keep food down for 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
