I had a chicken burrito bowl with beans, brown rice, pico, sour cream, cheese, corn and lettuce. Five hours later I was feeling fatigue, nauseous, body aches and chills. I spent the next day in bed sleeping, completely exhausted. The diarrhea kicked in 27 hours after my meal and I've been on the toilet throughout the night.
