Chipotle Bowl Causes Sickness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York

I had a pretty tasty bowl of Chipotle last night. Just guac,white rice,cheese, chicken, sour cream,lettuce,and corn. After eating my meal I felt just fine ,but after waking up the next morning, my pelvis was extremely sore and my stomach kept twisting. No sleeping position could help so I got up to go to the bathroom. A 10 foot walk to the bathroom was unexpectedly painful. After getting it almost all of it out of my system, my body feels to weak,I have chills and goosebumps and my heart rate gets faster everytime I try to move around and I'm so exhausted even after plenty of sleep.My body is also shaking and my stomach has waves of pain .I chose not to take medicine but now I think I have to .This had never happened the last time I ate Chipotle, but after this,I'm starting to second guess the food .Maybe my body doesn't like Chipotle anymore lol. I just want to know if I'm the only one who felt this way after wearing Chipotle yesterday night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Weakness, Chills, Shaking, Soreness
