H. Pylori Linked to Ulcers - Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York New York

I had been frequenting the same Chipotle restaurant nearly every week day for 5 months, ordering a burrito with brown rice, black beans, tofu, salsa, lettuce with guacamole and chips on the side. about 8 weeks ago i started developing severe abdominal pains which lasted 3 weeks at which time i was vomiting blood, passing and and had blood in my stool. i was emitted to ER where i was put on an IV for fluids, as i had lost 10 lbs in 48 hrs. i had an endoscopy and it was found that i had bleeding stomach ulcers. A biopsy was taken which resulted in the positive test for Helicobacter Pylori. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
