Visited 12.14.17, Thursday, at around 9:30 pm. Took home and ate a burrito with white rice, half chicken half barbacoa, half black half pinto beans, fajitas, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce with a side of chips and guac (what I usually get every time). Symptoms started late next day around 12.16.17, Monday, 1:00 am. Started with nausea leading to violent diarrhea, finishing off after 6 hours at 7:00 am with projectile vomiting. Vomiting helped relieve some nausea, but headaches continued until Sunday. I went the previous week on 12.7.17 and did not experience symptoms, so something happened within a week that made people sick. I trusted you Chipotle... I should've just gone to Panda Express downstairs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
