Suspected Tomatoes in Burrito - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Kent Washington

I visited on Thursday, March 7, 2019.Ate a burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, black beans, grilled veggies(onions & bell peppers), chicken, pico de gallo and medium salsa, sourcream, corn salsa, grated cheese, lettuce and guacemole. I woke up Friday morning , March 8th feeling nauseous with a headache and upset stomach. I experienced diarrhea for the first part of the morning, then vomitted 3 times. The headache and stomach ache together lasted through Sat, March 9th, and I still have the headache and it is March 11th. I noticed that the tomatoes looked a little milky/mushy and I had the server to remove some from my bowl. I could be wrong but my body is telling me that it was the tomatoes. I LOVE Chipotle and will probably visit again, but not at this location. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
