- comments: noted expanding spray foam sealant being used at the wall baseboard next to the west wall hot holding unit. Must remove or smooth down to be smooth and cleanable. ----noted several holes in the walls throughout the dining room and on the cooks line covered with tape. Must properly seal all holes to be smooth and cleanable.
