- comments: observed approximately 3 lbs cut green leafy lettuce on the cooks line being used with an expired use-by date of nov. 26th 2023 7:45 am. With todays date being 11-27-23 @ 11:00 am. Reviewed proper date labeling. All containers (2) discarded. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: noted expanding spray foam sealant being used at the wall baseboard next to the west wall hot holding unit. Must remove or smooth down to be smooth and cleanable. ----noted several holes in the walls throughout the dining room and on the cooks line covered with tape. Must properly seal all holes to be smooth and cleanable.
