Severe Pain Post Chipotle

Had chipotle about 10 hours ago and woke up with such INTENSE upper abdominal pain accompanied with mild nausea that I can’t sit/stand/lay without being in severe pain. So far haven’t found anything to ease my symptoms and I feel like they’re getting progressively worse.

Got a burrito bowl wit white rice, chicken, corn and cheese and woke up 6 hours later violently ill. I got white rice and my wife got brown - she was fine. I am still throwing up almost 4 hours after starting to be ill.

Got a chicken bowl at around 9:30. Staff was rude and cleaning area looked nasty, but my hunger was strong enough to order anyway. 20 minutes later diarrhea. About 15 after that I began throwing up, which has persisted for the last 8 hours.
