Burrito Illness: Nausea, Vomiting - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Toledo Ohio

I ate at here on March 21st, 2022. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. I ate at 1 PM and felt sick around 3 PM that same day. I vomited at about 8:30 PM and then again at 10:30 PM. I was bloated, nauseous, and very uncomfortable from 3 PM until the next day. I feel much better now (March 22, 2022).
My meal was a burrito with brown rice, chicken, pico, corn, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. I also ate queso and chips. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating
