Chipotle Chicken Salad Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, San Antonio Texas

On March 8, 2017 I had a chicken salad at the downtown San Antonio Chipotle location. I added sour cream, corn salsa, shredded cheese, tomatillo green salsa, grilled veggies, and pinto beans. About 4 hours later (around 4pm) I began experiencing stomach cramps and discomfort. By 6pm I was experiencing debilitating cramps, cold-sweating, and diarrhea. Approximately an hour (7pm) later I experienced dry heaving and sudden vomiting. I considered visiting the ER due to abdominal pain and intense headache but decided to wait as I was not yet experiencing dehydration symptoms. Diarrhea, sweats, vomiting, and heaving persisted throughout the night. These were so bad I could not leave the restroom and had to sleep on the bathroom floor. I also had to report sick at work due to feeling debilitated.
