Yesterday evening, I ordered a burrito with white rice, black beans, chicken from chipotle’s. I only ate about 1/8 of it. About an hour later, got violently ill. Threw up everything.

I went to Chipotle on Nov 19th around 9pm and got a burrito with white rice, black beans, mild, corn, guac, cilantro and romaine lettuce.
