Ate at 2pm on 4-08-18, and started diarrhea and stomach pain at 9pm. Fever and nausea during the night. Have been awake all night. I had a veggie bowl with brown rice, black beans, veggies, pico, salsa verde, guacamole and lettuce. Took Tylenol for fever st 5am, but hasn't worked. Stomach hurts so bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
